So far all three pianos I have on UVI Workstation feel right (Modern U, Model D, Ravenscroft) more often than not, even if I don't always love their sound or their specific limitations. I own/have owned a bunch of others that I just can't really come to love (Xperimenta Due, NI Noire, VSL Bosendorfer Upright, VSL D-274, Addictive Keys Studio Grand) and it mostly comes down to the way it feels to play or the sound that comes back at me as I play it. Aware of its limited 4 velocity layers, I had kinda wrote it off as being inadequate for what I would want out of a piano for a long time, but I've tried too many and I kept coming back to specifically VI Labs Modern U as playing exactly how I felt a piano should. Compatible with built-in and all third party sound cards.I picked up UVI Model D a few weeks ago for a ridiculously good deal recently from someone here.Custom velocity curves to fit your playing style. ![]()
